Welcome to ROYAGE. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

Royage provides strategic business planning, consulting, operational development, and web design services. Service details, timelines, and fees will be confirmed in a written agreement or project proposal before work begins.

2. Fees & Payments

All fees are agreed upon in advance and stated in your service agreement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, necessary materials, and timely feedback to enable Royage to deliver services effectively. Delays in providing requested content, approvals, or data may impact delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, excluding third-party licensed components. Royage retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute will be handled under the laws of Georgia and subject to the jurisdiction of Tbilisi courts.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or similar events.

9. Digital Signatures

Electronic signatures sent from verified business emails are considered legally binding and have the same validity as handwritten signatures.
